Ok ive just noticed something on IFZ, its called lack of strategies.
Ifz is releasing too many services and not looking at the old one and not finishing them off. I blame myself for this, but what can you do if you have a lot of ideas bouncing about?

Well from now on I will concentrate on things that needs to be done. That is why I posted some polls to ask IFZ users what they want, and what they need. There is a big difference between want and need. You "need" to eat and you "want" to eat. That is a big difference. The person would "need" to eat as he is hungry but if you "want" to eat, its more of "I want to eat that chocolate because it looks good".
So I will analyse What my community need first and then look at what they want.
You need to survive before you can evolve.

And also its just really hard for me to code on my own and that is why i started to train some people to work with me so that i can cope with this.

As many people expect things to be done on a certain time and i never meet them, I am not giving out any dates of when things are going to be released from now on.

This week I am going to concentrate on a guideline for out moderators and staff, just to let them know what to do in certain cases, and also what not to do.
This little guide/test that I am working on will last for around 5-10min with questions all through the guide.

By doing this I am training my moderators how to react and not damage our reputation.

I will also try get some other tutorial for the staff.

IF I GET TIME!
I will do a quick guide on how to post on a forum, that goes to forum newbies! and especially my little cousin who doesn’t know how to post and that is why he is ban from posting!

What am i going to do this week!!
Well friday night I am not doing anything. Saturday morning REVISION! and in the afternoon I am going to work on the signature system and will not release it but I will fix any bugs I find.

IFZ skin discussion part 2
Ok I’ve done most of the images on the templates, and stefan has done most of the CSS.
We are working using shifts, while he sleeps or go school, ill be doing a part of, and when his online he’ll be working on the template while i Code on IFZ.

Stef and I are going to launch a new site for ipb and template, The name is still being discussed. As both of us know how to do CSS and html this work would be easy, this small business will be a part time money maker.
We will take on custom projects and also sell pre made templates at some reasonable price, for MMORPG and Clans,

New skin

Well I go to college(UK) and at my college the lecturers are getting paid less than teachers so they are striking, but one problem, as its only one union striking the other lectures are still working so… well I have to go to college and cross the picket line, well that don’t look good.

Well this saturday me and bo3oof are going to try include invisionfree boards to our hiscore server system.
You will need to allow guests to view members list and members profile or we won’t be able to view the list and grab the info to add to our DB.

Features that will be on it:
Group management (include certain groups)
Import members from your forum
Delete members
Add members manually

Not adding and will not be added for a long time:
Your forums group prefix and suffix

Requirements:
You will need to enable guest to view members list
Registered to our forum
Try be active and help out by sending us feedback to fix the bugs

Boo3oof and I are working on a new server hiscore system to allow invisionfree users to be able to use the hiscore server system.
Well there is some limitation on it as we will not be able to host 1000+ users so we are limiting some bits for the hosted hiscore but if you have a licenced ipb 2.1.X and a host to be able to host and edit SQL you can get a client version here is an example

We also got a new php developer and a ipb skinner joining the IFZ team this saturday.

Its really big but it needs to be finished. Probably in 2 months or so as its quite big and very good.
