I recently received a lot of developers asking to join IFZ, Yes thats great but how am I going to manage them?

A lot of you might have read my post about I am going to be inactive for a while and then come back after 2 hours well I am going to be really inactive for now on I am not going to sign in on msn until friday night and will be on all day on saturday. So if you want to contact me and its really important please email me on nitr021@icelabz.net . Only send me an email if like IFZ crashed down or something really big needs my attention else just talk to gamersicon, Johnny or any admin or moderator who will then see if the issue is really important.

Appoint someone that has been with Icefuzion since the start or for a while that you can trust and make them the “manager” of the developers. To many developers can be a bad thing. I would suggest 6-7. Any more and you are really getting into hard to manage.

We have one person who is doing staff management and customer relation but i don’t know if he can do it.
Also i need to show other people how to code in a way to keep the standard.
I am assuming you are talking about me. We probably need someone that actually knows how to code, that way developers can ask for help when needed. Altouh we could alwaays make it like the gfx staff system, create a task and let people apply to do it.
