We changed the database and also I completed the quick add feature with some cool javascript effect. I will get fkid4 on saturday to add some more stuff. Only thing atm that is pulling me back is some drop down menu system that i need done.
what i am going to work next:
I am going to finish off all forms that needs to be filled in roughly and then start adding features to it like some cool js effect. Like I said before we are fully working on the user experience and removing the complexity of a system. Our aims are to make it simple, and as easy as possible to use.
Problems we have atm and we know about:
I just recently found out that the admin template that i am using is not working well on IE(internet explorer). I will get a few people with IE7 BETA to check if it looks well, as i am not going to bother much on IE6 compability as IE7 is just around the corner
the rate of work
The speed i am working at is quite fast, i work on a class a day or at least 1/2 a class. By saturday I will be able to get some contact with fk4 and b3f about their classes. I will assign fk4 to help me build the CMS while b3f will be helping on the hiscore implementation.
By Sunday
Hopefully we will have 2/3 of the script working ok and it would be online on our test folder. Our dev team will be on it and we will have our seperate folder to work on. And I will open an Beta testing registration by tuesday or so.
I think that is it for 2days blog. I will try to get the other Devs to start bloging and loging their work so you may hear from us more. ![]()
