Well I sort of attended the gig outside British Library but I left early as I had to do some work. But friends of mine got their hands on cool Vista jumper at the end. If only i knew this was for Vista i would have stayed longer and tried to get a vista license but I have not seen no mention of vista release when was at the british library, well not at the start!!

The only thing I heard was that Bill gates was in them conference room, but I didn’t want to believe that.

I wished I stayed longer to at least get that cool jumper.

As you may know I am about to launch IceLabz and the development is still not yet finished. It took 2 steps backwards to completion when I upgraded to IP.Board 2.2.1.

As the new ip.board 2.2.1 has a new template & css style it has affected quite a lot of javascript work and a lot of other template bits. Which were necessary to run my checkout system. So at the moment I am working on redesigning the template as there are these bugs and also I felt that the current template did not meet a high standard and was not looking quite right for a commercial site.

This guide will show you how to go about to setup a custom profile field for IP.Board 2.2.x. The custom profile field is nifty little feature on IP.Board which allows you to create a field for your users to input a certain information about themselves in the registration form or just an optional information to display to other users.

So far on my check list there are only a few things to do before I release a package. Most of it is to do with the installation package.

A Beta version of the application system should be ready by tomorrow for download on ipsbeyond or invisionize. That is if Runecrypt gets in contact with me by today or tomorrow or else I’ll have to release it.

Regarding the Hiscore System, well it seems ok after a few trials on some boards from feedback from users.

After this has been release I don’t think I will have time to work on the hiscore anymore as I will be dedicating myself to work on icelabz and I will disregard any minor issues with the hiscore or application system.

I am planning on releasing a free version again for users with zend optimiser and also a paid version for users who wants to support the project.

In this entry I will list some features of the application manager:

• Enable/Disable Modification
• Enable/Disable posting of applications to chosen forum
• Enable/Disable poll within the generated thread
• Choose Groups application moderators can move an applicant to
• Choose Groups with moderation power

Thats right you heard me “Runescape Clan Application Manager” for short RCAM. This will be the first of the series of modification for Runescape Clans to manage their members and other clan related things. This modification for ipb 2.2.x will allow you to manage the most tedious work in managing a clan, the registration. With this mod we hope that it will make the user and administrator happy and feel safe to use this modification. I will post more information about this modification later on, on this blog keep checking .
