Posted by B.Ramburn in After playing with MSEO’s plugin to create a fully working calendar furl from just one file completely blew my mind on how flexible the system was.
Imagine that you needed to find some information from a class’s global var? you would normally go edit that file to include a call back to your mod so that you get valuable information such as title, id, etc…
But imagine that you can control all that using just one file, MSEO plugin.
With this one file I was able to:
- convert all calendar urls to furl
- Make the calendar url unique
- get all information such as calendar name, title, etc…
Where as my own old skool edits needs edit within certain files, could be reduce to no edit, but for now I am leaving the old edits as is until it is stable.
Which means that later on in MSEO you wouldn’t need to have to edit the amount of files you are currently doing for mseo.
This amount of power and flexibility keeps making me feel that I should patent, copyright the way the procedure is being called up upon, as it is really unique. I haven’t come across any other modification with that ability in mind.

What you are doing here is way beyond what I understand. I just install the mod, do the edit and reap the rewards. I can’t wait for your release!
