Tags are nearly there

I am nearing the completion of the new MinervaSEO with Tag addon. Well its not really an addon but it its included in the system if you want to add Tags in there to improve your keywords or help users to find things faster.

Currently the Ajax and non-ajax submission of tags is working fine but here is the definitive todo list for the Tag system and the release of the new MinervaSEO
