For those who missed the news in 2007, vbulletin is now owned by a company called Internet Brands, which might explain better support and more resourced funded into it.
It seems pretty interesting.

I’ve found this impressive list of IPB easter egg on thevistaforums , but you would have to register to view.

This includes the little jokes the developers write in the comments and what they use to name the functions in their php classes.

For those who have not notice what the s= session stands for. It is when you have cookies disabled and so that ipb can recognise who the use is.

The reason why it is on the links even though you have cookies enabled is because sometimes the cookies did not get assigned properly and on time. Depending on browsers it might have had a glitch where it did not assign you the required session. So IPB puts it in the URL in the hope that it will try to put the session cookie again.

Now us FURL developers for ipb we take it out, and it causes some problems to some users. So we have to find a way to compensate this.

Have you got any ideas on how to tackle this?

This got to be the most retarded language pack for invision power board. Come on ! in Harry Potter every one speaks English! except for a few times where they have some muscle spasm and speak none-sence. Muggle, moogle (whatever they think they are calling people)? why can’t they call it humans? as they call themselves wizards and witches (not people). So you are tell me they have deleted people or human beings from their loopy dictionary?

Well it was only a matter of time before it got released, here is a website I stumbled upon,  who are selling an iphone skin for invision power board.

I for one do not have an Iphone but it just made ipb look like a chat software, and where is the IPB copyright?
is this even legit?

Don’t talk about price, this thing is expensive at $59/£29 and looks cheap and overpriced, but hey its an iphone thing.
